Candle Making Workshops

Welcome to the Memory Lane Candle studio in the heart of Somerset.

Join me for a relaxed, intimate candle making workshop where you'll create your own luxury soy candle and six tea lights, while enjoying refreshments and great conversation.

With a maximum of six guests per session, every workshop is personal, unhurried and designed to help you slow down for a couple of hours.

Whether you come with friends, family or on your own, you'll leave with more than just a candle — you'll leave with a memory.

Morning Workshop — 11:00am–1:00pm
Afternoon Workshop — 3:00pm–5:00pm

What you'll experience

Over approximately two hours you'll:

• Learn the basics of luxury candle making
• Discover how fragrance can evoke memories and emotions
• Blend and pour your own premium soy candle
• Blend and pour six premium tea lights
• Personalise your candle with your chosen label
• Enjoy tea, coffee and refreshments
• Spend time in a welcoming studio surrounded by beautiful home fragrance

No experience is needed — I'll guide you through every step.

The Memory Lane Candle studio was built with one purpose...

To create a warm, welcoming place where people can slow down, be creative and make memories together.

Every workshop is hosted by me, Caroline, founder of Memory Lane Candle, and is limited to just six guests so everyone has plenty of time and guidance throughout the session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. The workshop is designed for complete beginners and I'll guide you through every step.

Can I book as a group?

Absolutely. If you'd like to book all six places in one session, you'll have the studio to yourselves for your own private workshop.

Can I come on my own?

Of course. The workshops are intentionally small and relaxed, so they're perfect whether you come with someone or book a place just for yourself.

Can I buy on the day?

Yes! You'll also be able to browse the full Memory Lane Candle collection after your workshop.

What if I can't attend?

As each workshop is limited to just six guests, every booking is important.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.

• More than 14 days before your workshop: You can reschedule your booking free of charge or request a full refund.

• 7–14 days before your workshop: Your booking can be transferred to another available date.

• Less than 7 days before your workshop: Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, as it's unlikely we'll be able to fill your place at short notice.

If you can't attend, you're welcome to send someone else in your place — just let us know their name before the workshop.

If we ever need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered the choice of a full refund or a place on an alternative date.
